Research by Zoopla suggests that three-bedroom homes are attracting the largest levels of home buyer demand across the country, and this is echoed locally by Newland Homes, who are holding special open weekends at two of their North Somerset developments on the weekends of the 22nd & 23rd January, and 29th & 30th January to respond to heightened interest.

More than half of the new homes are now occupied at Newland Homes’ developments at Court de Wyck in Claverham and Mendip Gate in Churchill, but it’s the three-bedroom homes which have particularly piqued interest as Marcus Evans, Newland Homes’ Sales & Marketing Director explains: “Three is the magic number when it comes to bedrooms.  It’s a future-proofed option for young couples, practical for a growing family, and ideal for downsizers who often want to minimise upkeep responsibilities without compromising on space.”
