This supply agreement will build upon the UPOWA roof-integrated solar and EV charger installations competed with Bewley Homes since 2001. The sustainable technologies have helped to future-proof the housebuilder’s properties while reducing customer energy bills and carbon emissions.

Future-proofing Bewley Homes’ developments with solar panels
Under the revised Part L of the Building Regulations, all new build properties built by Bewley Homes must produce 31% less carbon emissions.
With solar panels being one of Bewley Homes’ solutions to meeting Part L, UPOWA will deliver a seamless process from design through to handover. This will ensure hassle-free compliance with the increased energy efficiency targets. So, the housebuilder can then manage costs more efficiently when creating future-ready homes for its customers.
For all roof-integrated solar requirements, Bewley Homes have specified UPOWA’s 400W all-black Inline Solar system. It’s favoured by some of UK’s biggest housebuilders that include Barratt Developments, Taylor Wimpey and Redrow.
