Wyatt appoints new Head of Land

Wyatt Homes has promoted its former Land Manager to Head of Land.

Marcus Warwick, 28, from Wimborne, has been promoted, following a successful tenure as a Land and Planning Manager since June 2022.

This role will see Marcus at the forefront of acquiring land, promoting and gaining planning permission, and working closely with the wider planning, commercial, technical, construction and sales teams.

Marcus embarked on his career with Wyatt Homes after studying Real Estate Management at Oxford Brooks University. He further honed his skills by working for a development consultancy agency before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2019. His extensive experience includes roles with both national master developers and housebuilders before joining Wyatt Homes.

Marcus said, “Taking on the role of Head of Land at Wyatt Homes marks a significant milestone in my career.  Wyatt Homes is embarking on exciting growth plans, and I look forward to spearheading these development initiatives to enhance our strategic vision.”
