Double client win for award-winning creative agency

White Space Design secures new projects

Ipswich based creative agency White Space Design is celebrating after securing new projects with two property developers; Countryside Properties and Crest Nicholson.

Countryside Properties has recruited the agency to work on providing the marketing support for its new developments in Cambridge and Little Chalfont. The agency was also selected to work on the newest Crest Nicholson development in Kent, following a competitive pitch.

Will Wright, the agency’s Account Director, commented: “Our strategy is about taking the time to think about what the client wants to achieve, as well as the individual challenges they face, then coming up with the creative design and marketing to help solve those challenges. We always aim for great results, and we like to work with clients who share our ethos and values, which is why we’re delighted to be working on these projects for Crest Nicholson and Countryside Properties’.

The news comes as White Space Design announces the launch of its new boutique property marketing service, without the lavish price tag. To highlight the company’s range of services, it has released a ‘Little Video of White Space Property’ on its website and YouTube channel.

David Hughes, Managing Director of Highland and one of the agency’s clients, commented: “White Space is always pushing the creative boundaries. I challenge them to be bolder and more creative with each new job, and they never fail to produce fantastic ideas. The brochures they have recently produced for us for our Meridian Gardens development and our corporate offering are prime examples of this creativity.”

White Space Design is a full-service creative agency, with services including marketing, design, PR and social media. The company’s impressive property portfolio includes clients such as Savills, Highland Homes, Higgins and Banner Homes.
