Pure white furniture, flooring and ceilings cleanse the visual palette without removing an ounce of fun. Another easy way is to add accessories in fluro shades that fizz against vibrant wall colours and use white furniture to bounce light around the space, or pick up on the ice cream shades of colour soft furnishings and balance with warm grey for flooring, furniture and accent pieces. When painting a wall, allow delicate waves of colour bleed into each other from the walls through to the furniture and furnishings.”

Initial Meeting
The opportunity to meet an interior designer for the first time, telling them about what you are trying to achieve and hearing about the service that they can offer – giving them an understanding of requirements and style.

1. Inspirational Design
For those who simply want inspiration and advice. The designer will discuss your needs and come back with ideas to talk through.
The designer then prepares a unique Dulux Design Pack containing an inspirational design scheme with ideas for decoration, fabric, furniture and colour.
You can then source and buy part or all of a scheme by choosing our Source and Buy service, or decide to do the rest yourself.
Price: One-off fee of £295
2: Source & Buy
For those who want help with a specific item, or turn a design to reality, the designer will produce a quote for sourcing and buying all the things required.
They will find and help choose the materials, check quantities, quality and delivery details and then order and arrange everything to be delivered when convenient.
Dulux work with the best independent suppliers so rather than dealing with lots of different companies, you simply pay the designer and let them do the work.
Price: Entirely dependent on what is chosen; however the designer will carefully explain and agree everything before placing the order.
3: Complete Scheme Management
A complete project management service, the designer will arrange everything from sourcing the individual elements of design and arranging their delivery, to managing the selected tradesmen required and dressing the room. All workmanship is guaranteed by the Dulux Design Service
Price: The service is individually tailored, so the price depends on the size of the project. The designer will discuss all aspects of projects with you before submitting a quote.
4. E Design
If a designer is not available in your area then you can take advantage of the E Design service. It offers the same service and attention to detail, working with a professional designer who will create the room scheme using detailed information gathered either over the phone, by post or e-mail.
The unique Dulux E-design scheme will be posted out and include an A4 mood board, samples and additional information.
Price: A full design scheme for one room is £150; additional rooms are agreed on a project-by-project basis.
