Saniflo welcomes new marketing manager

Saniflo continues with its plan to raise brand awareness and grow market share

A short while after welcoming new managing director Tim Pestell to the helm of Saniflo, the company continues with its plan to raise brand awareness and grow market share with the appointment of KBB industry aficionado Ann Boardman.

Ann joined Saniflo at the end of 2012 as customer service and marketing manager bringing 20 years’ marketing expertise to the newly created role, 15 of them served with well-known KBB companies including Croydex, Damixa and NewTeam.

In welcoming Ann to the company, managing director, Tim Pestell, says: “We are delighted to have Ann on board. Her industry pedigree is perfect for us as her vast experience spans the traditional trade merchants, distributors, contracts and specification sectors as well as high street retailers and DIY stores.

“Ann knows the industry extremely well and has easily grasped what Saniflo is all about and where we want to be. Ann is exactly the right person to ensure that Saniflo remains a strongly marketed brand with a growing product portfolio and outstanding customer service.”

Commenting on her appointment, customer services and marketing manager Ann Boardman, says: “As a marketing specialist I have a deep appreciation of customer service and I have worked hand-in-hand with customer service departments throughout my career. My motto is simply ‘treat others as you would expect to be treated yourself’, and you cannot go wrong.

“Directing the marketing for such as well establish brand is an exciting challenge. The success of Saniflo has been largely due to the strong marketing direction from the start and the great reputation the company has. I am following this lead and taking the company forward in these two important areas of customer service and marketing.

“In addition to growing the product portfolio with more innovative macerator and pumped products, this year we will raise the profile of our prestigious Kinedo range of shower cubicles and corresponding complementary products including pumps and shower trays. We are just about to launch a new brochure for the Kinedo range. We will also continue to grow awareness of our domestic and professional macerators as well as Sanilife inclusive design range.”
