Symphony strengthens online presence

With a new website

Symphony, the UK’s largest fitted furniture manufacturer, is continuing to lead the way by re-launching its website with a new focus and continued commitment to developing a strong user-friendly online presence.

Symphony has developed its website with the customer in mind, with an elegant and engaging platform that now houses all of the Symphony brands under one roof, as well as showcasing Symphony’s impressive product offering and appealing to each of its audiences, by simplifying the online journey.

Whereas previously each Symphony brand had its own website, now the newly developed platform allows customers to browse Symphony’s full collection of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, hotel and residential furniture on the same site. It was essential to simplify the navigation, as well as highlighting Symphony’s expertise as a versatile furniture supplier by showcasing the range of Symphony products available for each individual customer – from housebuilders through to social housing providers or hoteliers.

The new site incorporates newer web technologies to bring Symphony up-to-date in the digital world. The stunning design reflects Symphony’s sophistication, style and quality, so it was important to keep the product at the heart of the website. The new design brings the visitor closer to Symphony by celebrating the product offering through high quality lifestyle photography and user-friendly navigation. It has provided the perfect opportunity to offer even more features, with the refreshed site including a Business-to-Business section, where each market area is built around in-depth product information and service detail. For example the brands available in each market, the wide selection of finishing touches, cabinet specifications, environmental credentials and interactive brochures, which are available to flick through in an easy-to-view format.
