Watermark Cotswolds, based in South Cerney has appointed Waxwing Marketing to handle their prestigious account for its public relations, communications and marketing services.

Watermark are largely considered the premier luxury housing developers in the Cotswolds, with properties ranging in value from £675,000 to £1.4 million. The eco-friendly properties are all made on a bespoke basis and are set within gated communities offering peaceful exquisite lakeside living. With a helipad on site, each property has its own private jetty and the spacious houses are all between 5 and 7-bedroomed.

As well as the luxury accommodation, which are for sale, holiday rental or investment opportunities, Watermark also provide a wide range of leisure activities on-site. These include cable-skiing, water-skiing, fishing, cycling, health spa, lakeside, windsurfing, a lakeside brasserie, tennis, golf and a children’s centre.
