Reginox UK has assembled a team brimming with professionalism and personality built on knowledge of the business that spans decades
The business is led by Commercial Director Dave Mayer, who has put together a team in his own image, one that has an infectious enthusiasm for Reginox and its products and a high level of professionalism that delivers tangible results.
Dave has been at the Cheshire-based business for more than 20 years, joining as UK Sales Manager in 2000 and stepping up to become Sales and Marketing Director four years later.
He says: “I am proud to promote this amazing range of sinks, taps and associated products.
“I believe strongly believe we have an unparalleled product offering and I strive to ensure that our team offer our customers the best quality products and prices all backed up by what I know is a fearsome reputation for absolute service.
“Our service-driven approach means we operate with a ‘complete, on-time, every time’ philosophy’.”
Heading up the UK sales team is Rebekah Tomkinson, who originally joined as a Sales Administrator 11 years ago, becoming an Area Sales Manager (ASM) five years later before her appointment to UK Sales Manager last year.
Her role is to support the team to grow and develop Reginox UK’s client base across each of its sales regions both through existing and new customers, as well as maintaining the highest level of customer service and client liaison.
She says: “I’m so lucky to have worked my way up through the business and I really believe it puts me in a unique position to help support the whole sales team and support Dave in his role as Commercial Director.”
The office-based sales team at Reginox is led by Sales Office Manager Hope Eardley, who is responsible for customer liaison and care, order input and handling enquiries from customers on the telephone and via email. She also supports Dave with Reginox UK’s PR strategy.
Having been at Reginox for seven years, she provides invaluable support to new members of the whole Reginox team.
Reginox stepped up its presence in the housebuilding and specification sector with the appointment of Andy Robinson as UK Contract Specification Manager at the start of the year.
Andy, a former Bradford Northern (now Bradford Bulls) Rugby League player, has worked in the KBB and housebuilding sectors for more than 40 years.
Two ASMs on the team are Joe Arnold, who covers the South West region, and Mark Baron, who covers the London and the South East region.
Mark, the newest team member, says: “I know this is said quite a lot, but I wanted to join a company where you’re not just a number, you’re a person and that really shines through here – you’re part of the Reginox journey.”
