With decades of experience in the kitchen industry, Wren Kitchens is now bringing its expertise to the contracts market
Wren not only designs, manufactures and delivers over 140,000 kitchens each year, it also offers an expansive range of affordable luxury fitted bedrooms. From housebuilds to high-rise and social housing to unique one-off developments, Wren Contracts has the scale and expertise to take on projects large and small, with the price and product to suit every social housing and property development project.
When it comes to kitchens, their entry level EasyFit range includes their most popular designs and styles, all fully built to a high standard in their UK factories and quick to install. Infinity and Infinity Plus are their mid’ to premium, made-to-order ranges with more than 2,000 designs and colours to choose from. Wren also design and manufacture affordable, award-winning accessible kitchens – for multi-generational and limited mobility users.
There are two collections to choose from within Wren’s range of affordable luxury fitted bedrooms. The Infinity collection includes their best-loved designs, combining quality with classic styles. Infinity Plus features a range of bespoke luxury bedrooms made to order in their UK factories.
Adding to this, Damian Sheridan, Sales Director for Wren Contracts said: “With ranges to suit every style and budget, it’s no surprise that developers are now putting us top of mind when starting a new housing project. Put simply, Wren sells houses. We’re seeing more and more estate agents listing ‘Wren kitchen’ as a key feature when selling a home.”
Every kitchen and bedroom is designed, made and delivered by Wren from their own UK factories. It’s one of the reasons why their kitchens can be produced at scale without compromising on quality.
David Duggin, Social Housing National Contracts Manager, said: “Wren Contracts are the perfect partner for social housing projects with local authorities. Our EasyFit kitchen range is quick to install, with an industry-leading call-off period of just 7-10 days for planned works and 4 days for void properties.”
Wren also own the key elements of its supply chain including transport and delivery. Their nationwide delivery service is scheduled to fit around the site’s programmes, rather than deliveries that suit a pre-determined journey plan. All products are unloaded by Wren teams and transported to the correct, secure plot with a direct to room delivery service.
Wren’s award-winning installation team is BiKBBi and FIRA International Gold accredited. All installers are overseen by dedicated Installation Managers who personally manage no more than 10 sites. Adding to this, Sheridan says: “Our professional behaviour, positive and efficient response to issues, and single-point contact approach keeps things simple and ensures we’re the contractor that’s easy to deal with. It’s for these reasons, many housebuilders prove to be repeat customers for orders and contracts.”
Beyond commercial success, Wren is deeply committed to environmental sustainability. From TripleTrunking and advanced route planning (which reduces road miles and emissions 60%+ compared to conventional delivery and routing methods) to switching to water-based paints (from solvent based), sourcing raw materials from sustainable supplies, recycling and biodiversity projects – their programme is extensive and diverse. Their roadmap is on track to achieve carbon neutral status by 2030, demonstrating a genuine and proactive concern for the planet and future generations.
