Davidson Estates has appointed an experienced sales negotiator to lead the company’s growth in homes sales across Birmingham as the property marketplace continues to return to normal.
Daniel Miles has been appointed as Head Sales Negotiator at the expanding estate and letting agency, increasing total staffing further with another two vacancies still being advertised.
Mr Miles has seven years’ experience of working in property sales and lettings, and he joins Davidson from Martin & Co, having previously worked at James Laurence Estate Agents, Dixons Countrywide and Tonks & Firkin.

“While the economy has had its challenges in the last 16 months due to COVID-19, we’re now seeing healthy growth in property sales.
“Daniel will be our head sales negotiator and will head up the sales progression across the whole company, with the aim of further increasing the volume of sales and reducing fall-through rates.”
Mr Miles was educated at Woodrush High School and Sixth Form in Hollywood, and now lives in Kings Norton.

“In recent years, I’ve developed my career from across both corporate and independent estate agents, working up from an administrator to a senior negotiator.
