Leading appliance specialist Caple has joined forces with renowned furniture retailer Hammonds. This partnership has resulted in the installation of a wide selection of top-quality Caple appliances, from microwaves to washing machines and from fridge freezers to wine cabinets, in all of Hammonds’ kitchen showrooms.
Hammonds says it struck up the collaboration with Caple following the furniture retailer’s recognition that in order to remain competitive in the kitchen market, they needed to further improve their appliance offering to cover a range of price points without compromising on quality or service.
As Ian Drewitt, Kitchens Technical Manager at Hammonds, explains: “We already knew of Caple’s expertise in wine cabinet technology, so we quickly established that, with Caple’s combined offering of competitively priced appliances, fantastic customer service and excellent all parts and labour guarantee, they would be the ideal partner for us to improve our offering in the kitchens market.”
This process has already begun with a range of working Caple appliances now available to view throughout many of the displays in three of Hammonds’ showrooms – Hinckley, Cheltenham and Solihull. However, work is currently underway to extend this to five more showrooms in Nottingham, Erdington, Hedge End, Christchurch and Stapleton.
