Barratt homes launches sales centre at sought after new phase in Corby

Barratt Homes Northampton has launched a brand new phase of homes at its popular Lyveden Fields development in Corby.

The Lyveden Way site has a collection of three and four bedroom homes to offer in a range of styles to suit every buyer.

Following the successful launch, potential homebuyers can now visit the onsite Sales Centre to discuss finding their dream home with the friendly Sales Advisers.

Now that the show homes have also launched, customers have the chance to see what the homes will look like for themselves.

Alison Raine, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Northampton, said: “The first phase at Lyveden Fields proved very popular with homebuyers so we’re extremely excited to launch our second phase and imagine it will do just as well.

“This phase is a lovely collection of 250 three and four bedroom homes which were built with first-time buyers and families in mind. Each property is thoughtfully designed with a stunning modern finish that will be suitable for all kinds of homebuyers.”

The Northamptonshire development launched on 24th September from the new Sales Centre and saw 45 potential homebuyers visit. It was a chance for people to sit down with the sales team and have all of their queries on the development answered, something that is now open for the public to do.

Lyveden Fields is a thriving development near to Corby offering stylish living in quality new homes. The development has fantastic commuter links to the A427, A43 and A6003, and it’s just a short eight minute drive into the centre of Corby itself. And for working professionals looking to get to the capital, the hourly train service from Corby Railway Station to London St Pancras is extremely useful.

Each new home at Lyveden Fields was built with a sustainable future in mind, with all of the building materials having been responsibly sourced and 95% of site waste was recycled. Every brand new home includes insulated walls, doors and roofs as well as energy efficient kitchen and bathroom fittings and fixtures which not only keep the warmth in as we draw closer to the cooler months, but also save you a lot of money on your energy bills.

The development itself features a number of mature trees to allow the environment and its local wildlife to continue to flourish, plus there’s a playground and green open space close by to allow children to play outside safely.
