Luxury homebuilder, Bancon Homes, is delighted to announce the opening of its stunning new show apartment at The Aspire Residence in Aberdeen’s west end.
Offering a superb range of one and two bedroom options, The Aspire Residence combines the latest in contemporary modern living with everything you would expect in a luxury home. Apartments feature designer kitchens, quality appliances and stunning finishes as standard as well as superfast broadband connectivity, lift access, dedicated parking and a secure entry system.
The new Albyn show apartment has been decorated by Karen Wootton from The Design House in Aberdeen using a combination of ochres, teals and smokey blue tones to give a continuous open flow and sophisticated feel throughout.
The Albyn is a stunning two bedroom ground floor apartment with its own external front door. It has a bright and airy living room with dual aspect windows, which flood the space with light. The German designer dining kitchen comes complete with quality appliances and has plenty of space for entertaining as well as storage and work surfaces. Contemporary white fittings with Porcelanosa tiling complete the stylish bathroom, which also has a large luxury walk-in shower. There is a spacious master bedroom and delightful second bedroom.
Commenting on the show home, Interior Designer Karen Wootton Said: “This is a stunning high-end apartment in a fabulous location, so I wanted to emphasis the cosmopolitan living this home offers with a chic interior design which is right on trend for 2022.”
“Throughout the apartment, I have used tasteful shades of ochre, teal and smokey blue to create a desirable relaxing living space, with striking new Black Edition wallpaper in each room to add colour and contemporary vibrancy.”
“These unique and stylish wallpapers really work well and have the look of luxury handmade paper. They give each space its own intriguing identity, whether that’s an abstract floral design infused with oriental richness and geometric shapes in the light filled living room or a painterly landscape that reflects the colourful palette of a hazy sunrise in the stunning designer dining kitchen.”
“In the master bedroom I have added a statement high headboard on the bed. This is adorned with luxurious bronze 3D fabric and combined with a serene yet striking, beautiful feature wallpaper of watercolour circles to create a sumptuous and soothing bedroom.”
“Throughout the apartment textured soft furnishings and accessories bring this contemporary theme alive, to really show buyers how gorgeous this stunning new west end apartment could be if it was theirs.”
Adding to this Jo Skinner, sales director at Bancon Homes, said: “We’re delighted to open our beautiful new Albyn show apartment at The Aspire Residence, and are excited to offer homebuyers the opportunity to see how they could live a stylish city lifestyle in the glorious west end of Aberdeen with all of the city’s cosmopolitan attractions within easy walking distance.”
“With prices currently starting at £178,995 including designer kitchens and premium appliances, lift access and dedicated parking, our homes not only offer exceptional value but are superbly located.”
