The award-winning home builder’s ‘easi:buy’ scheme enables purchasers to defer paying up to 15% of the price of selected properties at Rossendale Gardens in Earl Shilton.

The ‘easi:buy’ incentive is available on selected properties at Rossendale Gardens, including the two-bedroom ‘Dale’. With ‘easi:buy’ customers with a deposit of £6,000 will only need to apply for a mortgage of £95,996 to purchase one of these homes, on the market at £119,995.
The outstanding balance can be repaid at any time over the 10 years when the purchaser has more funds available or when they come to resell.
The ‘easi:buy’ payment is subject to terms and conditions. Interest free for 10 years, the deferred element is paid back at market value at the time of payment.
