A trio of houses together worth around £3 million are among just some of the deluxe properties recently sold by top Birmingham estate agent Davidson Estates.
The successful sales included a six-bedroomed mansion house with five bathrooms on the exclusive Richmond Hill Road, which was sold close to its asking price of £1.2 million.
Another was a plush six-bedroomed detached house set on a part of Bristol Road known for its prestigious properties with large gardens, which sold close to its asking price of more than £950,000.
And the third was a spacious five-bedroomed detached house on Rotton Park Road with three reception rooms and a large private rear garden, which sold close to its £790,000 asking price.
