Andrew Donaldson, son of Chairman and Chief Executive Neil Donaldson, joins his father and brother Michael in the family company to embark on an 18 month management training programme.

Andrew will be spending the next year and a half on work placements at each of the Group’s main trading subsidiaries: Donaldson Timber Engineering Ltd, James Donaldson Timber Ltd, MGM Timber Ltd and Parker Kislingbury Ltd.

Andrew is the second son of Neil Donaldson to join James Donaldson & Sons Ltd. Eldest son Michael Donaldson has worked for the company for eight years and currently manages the Donaldson Timber Engineering branch in Scotland.
