Property developer, Life Less Ordinary, is pleased to have acquired a modern office building in Maidenhead that has planning consent for conversion to residential. The developer will be submitting a revised planning application to refine the current consent and reflect its modern open plan living model.

The developer has delivered many conversion projects delivered to an exceptionally high standard, as well as building new homes.

Hinesh Chawda, Director at Life Less Ordinary, comments:

“Maidenhead has long been a sought-after location given its proximity to London and this has been boosted since the launch of the Elizabeth Line.  It is often cited as being amongst the top commuter hotspots in the UK and this scheme will deliver some exceptional new apartments which reflect Life Less Ordinary’s high specification and design led homes.

“Our plans for the building will help to provide more new quality apartments for a range of purchasers wishing to make this highly popular location their new home.  We’re looking forward to commencing work on the site later in the summer and to complete the development by Summer next year.”
