Boutique property developer Life Less Ordinary will welcome prospective buyers to its new development in the centre of Reigate, Surrey next month with reservations made on the open day securing the purchasers some incredible financial savings.

The Vale is a limited collection of 42 one- and two-bedroom private apartments each designed to maximise space through their stunning interior designed open plan layouts.  On Saturday 4 March interested purchasers will be welcomed to tour the beautiful show apartment and look at all available homes.

Anyone making a reservation on the day will benefit from having their Stamp Duty, legal fees and a whole year of service charge paid for.

Victoria Gore, Sales Manager at Life Less Ordinary, comments: “Interest in The Vale has been very strong, and we had over 20% of new homes reserved here before we even launched our show apartment. It’s a unique offering in Reigate because of the quality of finish and the level of specification being offered in an amazing location.

“For the open day only, we are providing exceptional incentives to those who reserve, making the homes even better value for this event.”

Arranged over three floors and converted from a former commercial building, The Vale is located just moments from Reigate’s vibrant high street and has been designed to appeal to both homeowners and investors with meticulous attention to detail, bold design statements and a generous specification. Each home comes with private gated parking, German kitchens with stone worktops and Bosch appliances together with all bathrooms appointed with matte black Crosswater sanitaryware and terrazzo tiles.
