The team at Land and New Homes, a Division of LSL Property Services plc, are celebrating following the announcement that they have won an award at the recent Estate Agency of the Year Awards sponsored by the Times and Sunday Times.
The division won Silver in the Best New Homes category – having won bronze last year – based on its outstanding new homes offering, its robust systems, extensive contacts and aspirational customer care standards. Judges, in particular, acknowledged that its directors had managed to recruit an impressive array of experts who can use and understand data and interpret this for the good of the business as well as being ‘on top’ of industry legislation – of particular benefit to developers.

The award was presented by Olympian Rebecca Adlington OBE at a special awards ceremony held in London that was attended by hundreds of representatives from across the property industry.
