As developers face the ongoing challenges of the current property market it’s obvious that many will be looking for support not only in land acquisition – or even disposal – but also in finding potential buyers for properties that currently stand empty or that they plan to build. Yet, whilst there is often support out there, it can come from an array of individual providers many of whom have little or no contact with each other and which ultimately leads to confusion – and even wasted time and money – for the developer.

With this in mind LSL Property Services plc (LSL), one of the UK’s leading providers of residential property services, has decided to draw on its ‘all round’ expertise and has announced the expansion of its Land and New Homes division. At the same time, it will see the imminent launch of a dedicated website that will not only help developers in finding out more about their services but also attract and help customers looking for new and part exchange properties.

Shaun Peart, Regional Managing Director for LSL Land and New Homes  in the North explained:

“Having listened and dealt with many developers across the country LSL knows only too well that some are struggling in the current market and, it’s because of this, that we’ve made a concerted effort to respond to their needs. As a highly respected company LSL has a vast array of expertise and can easily and effectively provide integrated solutions for the benefit of developers and customer alike. Under the LSL Group umbrella, for example, we have companies offering valuation services, rental portfolio services, asset management services and, of course, estate agency services fronted by well known high street brands, Your Move, Reeds Rains and Intercounty which itself offers multi brand opportunities.

“Already we act for many major house builders throughout the UK – many of whom appreciating that, whilst we’ve got the support and investment at national level, we can also draw on the knowledge and expertise of local teams to tailor our services to their individual needs. From site sales and marketing, agency referral to the disposal of part exchange, assisted schemes and new build stock as well as land sales and acquisitions we really have got it covered. Ultimately we know it’s all about ensuring we support the individual objectives of developers and builders and yet, at the same time, add value to their businesses – we can do that.

“The LSL Land and New Homes website itself will explain it all. There developers and customers can find out more about the services we offer and why they should choose LSL. Drawing on our significant marketing expertise, for example, it helps customers find new homes for sale with minimum effort – wherever in the country they may be looking – and it also includes a unique part exchange search facility – a major asset to developers and customers alike. ”

A recent addition to LSL’s list of developers it works with is Edinburgh based award winning developers, Premier Burrell. They have chosen LSL to support them in the promotion and sale of Vienna Apartments located in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

Premier Burrell have two stunning developments in the heart of Glasgow City Centre – including a B Listed Victorian warehouse providing a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom conversions. Individually styled, many retain original features including glazed light wells, cast iron columns and beams along with double-height spaces. Next door to the existing building has also seen the creation of a further contemporary 10 storey building providing studio, one and two bedroom apartments some apartments affording stunning views across the City Centre and beyond. Full details on all properties and incentives available can be found on www.viennaappts.co.uk
