As the transformation of a former factory site in Southport continues, Elan Homes is opening two new show homes.

Around a third of homes at Balmoral Gardens have now been sold and 30-plus of those properties are now occupied.

Buyers are being drawn to the development thanks to the choice of high specification homes being built by Elan Homes and the sought-after location, within easy reach of the beach and Southport town centre. Factor in the potential to save on energy bills and it’s no surprise the properties are in demand.

With building work progressing, Elan has moved out of the original show home and into two new showcase properties. Potential purchasers can now view finished examples of the three-bedroom Ripley and four-bedroom Brandon. To mark the opening of the new show homes, Elan is offering part exchange or a gifted deposit contribution on selected properties, for a limited time only.

Elan sales director Marie Morris said: “We began work on Balmoral Gardens at the end of 2020, with the first homes released for sale in early 2021. Since then, it has truly blossomed into a new neighbourhood where people love living. We’ve now sold around a third of the 157 homes and demand remains high. Location has certainly played a part, plus people love the ease of living a new build home. Energy efficiency is also a factor, with buyers keen to reduce their bills alongside their impact on the planet and our homes offer the chance to do both.

“With two new show homes now available to view, we’re inviting potential purchasers to make an appointment to visit Balmoral Gardens. We’re also offering move-making incentives with the choice of part exchange, whereby Elan will effectively act as a cash buyer for the customer’s property, or a £5,000 gifted deposit contribution.”

Homes at Balmoral Gardens, Southport are selling well ahead of them being built, which means that subject to build stage, buyers will have the chance to experience the fun of making it their own right from the start, choosing the finish of everything from the kitchen to the bathroom tiles and a host of other items.

Located on Balmoral Drive, in the village of Churchtown, there’s a chance to be part of an established community with a choice of schools, plus specialist shops, tea rooms and gastro pubs nearby.
