Put a spring in your step and plant the seed for a spring move to a new home in the Worcestershire village of Abberley.

Three Js is blossoming into a highly desirable new neighbourhood within the existing community. The first residents have begun moving in and in response to demand Elan Homes has released a new phase of properties.

Substantial four and five-bedroom family-sized homes are now available and will be ready to move into this spring.

Elan regional sales director Tracey Ball said: “Part of the appeal of our homes at Three Js is that they will enjoy a leafy setting with a wildflower meadow and central community orchard. People love the idea of being able to walk through the green open spaces close to home, perhaps as an after school activity with the children or a regular dog walk.

“The homes themselves are generously proportioned – perfect for those with growing families who want to put down roots in a lovely village location, while enjoying easy access to the city of Worcester and the neighbouring towns of Malvern, Stourport-on-Severn, Bewdley and Kidderminster.”

Current availability at Three Js ranges from a two-bedroom bungalow to a five-bedroom family home, with prices from £310,000.

A four-bedroom Beckbury, priced from £475,000, and a five-bedroom Lapworth, priced form £530,000, are among the properties that are set to be built and ready to be occupied by the spring.

The Beckbury offers 1,496 sq ft of living space including a lounge at the front, with combined kitchen, dining and family room spanning the width of the rear of the property with two sets of doors opening out onto the garden. A utility and cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have an en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve the remaining two bedrooms.

In the larger Lapworth, which spans 1,841 sq ft, there’s a study, perfect for regular or occasional home working; a formal dining room; inviting lounge with direct access to the garden; combined kitchen, breakfast area and family room, again opening onto the garden; plus utility and cloakroom, all on the ground floor.

Two of the five bedrooms in this property have an en-suite, with the other three served by the family bathroom.
