Luxury resort…

Watermark Cotswolds, based in South Cerney has appointed Waxwing Marketing to handle their prestigious account for its public relations, communications and marketing services.

Watermark are largely considered the premier luxury housing developers in the Cotswolds, with properties ranging in value from £675,000 to £1.4 million. The eco-friendly properties are all made on a bespoke basis and are set within gated communities offering peaceful exquisite lakeside living. With a helipad on site, each property has its own private jetty and the spacious houses are all between 5 and 7-bedroomed.

As well as the luxury accommodation, which are for sale, holiday rental or investment opportunities, Watermark also provide a wide range of leisure activities on-site. These include cable-skiing, water-skiing, fishing, cycling, health spa, lakeside, windsurfing, a lakeside brasserie, tennis, golf and a children’s centre.

Tony Greco, Managing Director of Waxwing Marketing, said: “We are delighted to be working with such a prestigious brand as Watermark which has been recognised by The Daily Mail for Best Development Award, Award for Excellence by Ecohomes and Gloucestershire and The Individual Property awards in conjunction with CNBC.

Waxwing Marketing and Watermark are dual success stories, in that we are both performing well in a difficult economic climate.

Tony Greco and Laura Holt, Waxwing Director will be handling the marketing/events management of the Watermark account while PR Consultant Ashley Lovell will handle the media and PR opportunities.

Jules Miller-Cheevers, Sales & Marketing Director at Watermark, said: "Watermark Cotswolds are thrilled to be working with Waxwing to showcase our development of New England lakeside holiday homes in the heart of the Cotswolds.’

"We are very proud of the high reputation that Watermark’s lakeside properties and leisure facilities in the Cotswolds has achieved. With Ashley’s wide contacts through working closely with the media and celebrities, and Tony’s expertise in brand management and pro-active marketing, we are confident that this will be an extremely fruitful union to ensure that more people can now enjoy the tranquillity of Watermark – the Cotswolds best kept secret."
