Bovis Homes has appointed Earl Sibley as its Group Finance Director.
Earl, who takes up his post on April 16, previously worked for Bovis between 2006 and 2008 as its group financial controller which has given him considerable knowledge of the financial processes and controls that are operated by the company, Bovis said.
Since 2008, Earl has worked for Barratt Developments in senior finance positions including regional finance director. Before his first stint at Bovis, he qualified as an accountant with Ernst & Young.
David Ritchie, Bovis’ CEO, said: “We are delighted that Earl is rejoining the group as our new group finance director. Earl has been involved at a senior level for many years in publicly listed companies, including Bovis Homes and Barratt Developments, and he brings considerable experience and expertise to his new role.”
