Cala Homes has announced the appointment of James Dunne as Managing Director for its Southern regional business. James will lead the delivery of Cala’s strategic growth plan and expansion, as it continues to develop a robust pipeline of sites across Hampshire, Dorset, and Southern Wiltshire.
James brings over 30 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry to the role. He begun his career in engineering before progressing into senior leadership roles.
He joins Cala Southern as the business targets its next phase of growth following its establishment in 2025. Cala Southern’s current live developments will deliver a total of 2,625 homes in Basingstoke, Fordingbridge, Wimborne and Winchester.
