Southampton homebuyers looking to secure a brand-new home for 2020 should visit the Inland Homes Chapel Riverside and Meridian Waterside developments on Valentine’s weekend, where they will be able to don their hard hats and tour selected apartments under construction.

Following the huge success of the very first hard hat event in January, Inland Homes is offering buyers another unique opportunity to stand in the properties and enjoy an exclusive preview of the brand new homes, with a variety of one and two bedroom apartments open for those with appointments to view across the weekend.

Guests will be given the opportunity to view the apartments under construction at both Chapel Riverside and Meridian Waterside, and will be invited to see for themselves why the stylish developments exceed expectations for the modern-day purchaser.

Upon arrival to their dedicated appointment, visitors will be provided with the correct safety wear, before enjoying an escorted tour of select apartments with the developments’ experienced sales and construction teams, where they can get a real feel for the design, size and fantastic location of the homes.

Vicki Noon, Sales and Marketing Director at Inland Homes, comments: “Viewing events are often incredibly popular, as prospective purchasers love to experience the touch and feel of a home they are considering buying. Our first hard hat event last month demonstrated this, as a number of reservations were made following the event.

On selected days, more house-hunters will have the rare opportunity to view the new apartments at Chapel Riverside and Meridian Waterside, giving them unrivalled access to the homes whilst still under construction.

These events are also the perfect opportunity for potential homebuyers to get a taste for the local lifestyle. And, with Southampton one of the South’s most popular cities, there is plenty to explore!”
