Showhome Magazine has announced that James Bush, Managing Director at New Homes Customer Care (NHCC), will be joining the judging panel for the 2025 Showhome Awards, taking place on May 15.
James brings over 25 years of experience in the construction insurance and housebuilding sectors, having held senior roles with organisations such as the National House Building Council (NHBC), Premier Guarantee, and LABC Warranty. In his current role, he leads NHCC while also serving as Chief Commercial Officer for the MA Group. His deep understanding of quality, compliance, and customer care in new homes makes him a valued voice on this year’s panel.
