Jennifer Winyard has made significant contributions to Barratt Developments in her role as Senior Strategic Land Manager. Her expertise in identifying and promoting development sites has been crucial in delivering housing across various regions. Her appointment as National Chair of Women in Property, an influential and networking organisation, in March 2024, underscores her commitment to supporting women in the property and construction sectors.
In her role with Women in Property, Jennifer has been a spokesperson and leader, overseeing strategic activities and guiding the National Steering Group. She actively leads the Student Awards Programme and the Mentoring Programme, demonstrating her dedication to nurturing young talent and encouraging women to explore careers in property and construction.
A dual qualified Town Planner and Planning & Development Surveyor with a background in Architecture, Jennifer is also an elected Member of the RTPI’s General Assembly. Her role in this capacity, coupled with her experience as a mentor for RTPI and RICS APCs, highlights her deep understanding of the property industry and her dedication to professional development.
