The LABS Collective unveils its residential brand, STAY – a future facing concept shaking up the world of hospitality. STAY has opened its first location in Hawley Wharf, Camden, offering design-led and tech-savvy serviced apartments to encourage a new generation of long and mid-term guests to make the area their home.

Having identified Central London’s recent gravitational pull North, the LABS Collective has hand-picked Hawley Wharf as the perfect canal side location for the first STAY property. Opening in its entirety in March 2020, STAY provides guests the comfort and convenience of home, combined with the luxuries of a boutique hotel. STAY offers instant and flexible accommodation without the hassle of a traditional rental model, for guests checking in for weeks or even months.

The 169 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bed options – each with a fully fitted kitchen and living area – are designed by the LABS Collective’s dedicated in-house Interior Designer, Yaara Gooner, and place guests at the lively heart of everything Camden has to offer. With city space at a premium, the apartments are over double the size of a typical hotel room, starting from 55sqm/592sqft. The intelligent use of space is based on the understanding that the apartments aren’t just a place of sleep but a space to live, share, connect and belong, embracing the convenience and comfort of a home while making it a place of focused work.

Interior Design

Hawley Wharf is one of London’s most exciting new developments, providing a new cultural hub and habitat for the creative community based there. Just by stepping outside, guests of STAY Camden are immediately immersed in the energy of the location, famed for its music, bars, restaurants, markets and alternative scene. Camden is just a stone’s throw away from the vast green spaces of Regent ’s Park and Primrose Hill; excellent transport links mean Camden is well connected to central London, and beyond.

STAY Camden is the LABS Collective’s first residential offering to open fully in March, with further properties due to be rolled out across the UK and Europe over the next year. As part of the LABS Collective, STAY benefits from preferential rates and access to LABS coworking and HOST event spaces. What unites them all is an authentic cultivation of community – unique social spaces to contribute, collaborate and belong. Socially and culturally immersive, members and guests are invited to use spaces, integrate with the community and enjoy weekly events designed to educate, entertain and connect. Where like-minded people can meet, work, play, share, live and create new bonds.

At its core, STAY provides a home for those wanting trusted mid and long-term accommodation, hassle free, to accommodate a new generation of business travellers. Welcome the birth of the communal space in transient living with no lengthy contracts, and the end of solitary business travel.
