A successful Muddy Boots event organised by estate agents Nicol & Co. generated strong interest from prospective buyers. The event took place at Cotswold Oak’s Blossom Green development at Martley.
Heather Turner, spokesperson for Nicol & Co New Homes, said, “Visitors were able to step inside homes under construction and get an early feel for the development.
“The event attracted buyers at different stages of their property search, with particularly strong interest in The Juniper house type.”
Interest extends across Worcestershire
The weekend also demonstrated the wider appeal of Cotswold Oak’s developments across Worcestershire. Interest generated through the event led to a reservation at Mill Meadows in Kempsey, which is now 75% sold.
The focus now turns to another exciting milestone at Martley. The new show home at Blossom Green is set to officially launch on Saturday 7 November.
The launch will give prospective purchasers their first opportunity to experience the quality, finish and attention to detail of a completed Cotswold Oak home at Blossom Green. Visitors will also discover more about the homes currently available and those coming soon.
Buyers encouraged to register interest
Nicol & Co. encourages prospective buyers to register ahead of the show home launch following strong interest at the event.
Heather said, “The Muddy Boots event was a fantastic opportunity for buyers to see the homes taking shape. They can really begin to imagine what living here could be like. The Junipers attracted a lot of attention. It was particularly encouraging to see the event generate interest across Cotswold Oak’s developments, including a reservation at Mill Meadows in Kempsey.
“We’re now looking forward to the next milestone at Blossom Green, with the show home launching on 7th November.”
