David Wilson Homes Mercia has recently started work on a new 43 home development on Oldwood Road in Tenbury Wells called Tenbury View, underpinning over 80 new jobs and investment to the area.
The development, which is anticipated to be complete within 18 months, will provide a mixture of contemporary and traditional properties of one, two, three, four and five bedrooms. Homebuyers will be able to reserve and buy homes from autumn 2014.
As part of the planning consent, which was granted in May 2014, David Wilson Homes Mercia is to contribute £166,600 towards improvements to public transport, open spaces and the maintenance of the local area.

David Wilson Homes Mercia is building homes throughout Birmingham, the Black Country, Oxfordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and also in Worcestershire.
