ANWYL Homes has issued an open invitation to view homes “ready for you” at Stonebridge Fold in Longridge – with the chance to have your energy bills paid for a year.
An open house is taking place at the Whittingham Road development this weekend (March 26) – coinciding with New Homes Week.
The housebuilder has a pair of Hartford style properties ‘ready for you’ now, with a superior specification already included.
New homes are generally more efficient to run than their older counterparts, helping buyers save on their energy bills but Anwyl is going one step further. This weekend only, the homebuilder is offering to cover the cost of gas and electricity bills for a year on plot 49, a four-bedroom detached Hartford.
Imogen Suffell, trainee sales manager for Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said: “There’s such a high demand for new homes at the moment that in most cases people are waiting months for a property to be built before they can move in. The good news for those who can’t wait to move is that they don’t have to. We have Hartford style homes on phase one of our popular Stonebridge Fold development that are build complete and ready for you to make the finishing personal touches that make a house a home.
“The Hartford is a must-see for anyone looking for a family-sized home in Longridge. We’re extending an open invitation for buyers to come and see a finished example of this house style to help people appreciate all that it has to offer. As an added incentive, and recognising that householders are facing hikes in their energy bills, we’re offering to cover gas and electricity costs on one of the homes for 12 months in a deal worth up to £1,500.”
The Hartford (plots 49 & 50), is available from £362,995, is a superb, detached family home with high ceilings, which give it an undeniable sense of space and style. The large open plan kitchen/dining area with French doors leading out into the garden is a perfect space for busy families, while the separate living room makes relaxation time a real pleasure.
There’s plenty of room for the whole family upstairs too, with four double bedrooms – the main bedroom being particularly spacious and benefiting from an en-suite shower room to complement a well-equipped family bathroom, accommodating everyone with ease.
Beautifully finished, the Hartford boasts an enviable specification with a fitted Symphony kitchen, five-ring gas hob, cooker hood, double oven and integrated fridge freezer; as well as downlights to the kitchen and bathroom areas and a choice of floor tiling or Karndean to the bathroom and en-suite.
Stonebridge Fold is ideally situated, close to Longridge town centre with a Booths supermarket, independent shops and a selection of bars and restaurants, while being close to spectacular countryside like the Ribble Valley, Longridge Fell and the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The area is well-served by schools making it a great base for families, and it is ideal for commuters thanks to its proximity to the M6 and M55 motorways, and Preston train station with services across the North West and beyond.
