As part of its continued drive to bring the latest technology and user performance to compact construction equipment worldwide, leading global solutions provider, Terex Construction, has announced the appointment of a new Engineering Director.
Eric Kuimjian brings more than 20 years’ experience to Terex and will play a key part in further expanding the Coventry facility’s class-leading range of backhoe loaders, site dumpers and construction rollers.
Alongside leading the West Midlands-based factory team and bringing the latest technologies to the Terex equipment portfolio, Kuimjian will also be responsible for introducing the latest energy-efficient engines and low-carbon technologies, as part of the company’s global emissions reduction programme.

Going forward, I plan to look at ways to enhance performance and user experience whilst ensuring that our entire range meets global emissions requirements.”
Terex Construction’s latest appointment comes as part of continued recent successes. Earlier this year, the compact construction equipment expert announced a new contract to supply 400 Terex site dumpers to leading hire-specialist, GAP Group, alongside announcing the creation of 50 new engineering jobs at its factory site in Prologis Park.
