Trinity Estates will be adding a further 4,500 units to their 45,000 unit portfolio

Trinity Estates, one of the largest property management companies in England and Wales, has announced that it will be adding a further 4,500 units to their 45,000 unit portfolio.

The news comes as a result of Trinity Estates joining forces with one of Sheffield’s largest property management firms, further boosting its presence in the North of England and East Midlands.

Jonathan Smith, Managing Director of Trinity Estates, said: “The combined experience, knowledge and expertise make this an attractive proposition for both businesses and everyone concerned – especially the client base and residents.”

The McDonald Partnership manages schemes in and around the City of Sheffield, Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and will see a strengthening of their operational capabilities by utilising the head office support of Trinity’s Legal, Accounting and Surveying teams.

Simon McDonald and Michelle Heath, both senior partners at The McDonald Partnership will continue to lead all field based management.

The merger marks another success for Trinity Estates showcasing their current position in the marketplace.

Jonathan added: “This has been another great year for Trinity seeing organic growth from developer new builds in excess of 10% in addition to this deal. This year we have also received ARMA-Q and Investors In People (IIP) accreditations and become Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorised.

“Our move to expand with The McDonald Partnership is another great milestone for Trinity Estates and is testimony of the hard work of everyone in the team.”
