A total of 150 homes are to be built and released in phases

Demand has been high since Ward Homes commenced building at their latest development, Castle Hill, Ebbsfleet Valley, Ebbsfleet. A total of 150 homes are to be built and released in phases.  The first release of 21 homes were all reserved at the recent preview event.

Ward Homes exchanged contracts with Land Securities in March last year a 2.5 hectare plot in Castle Hill on part of Ebbsfleet Valley. Land Securities is providing serviced land parcels to Ward Homes by carrying out enabling infrastructure as well as providing a Country Park and improvements to Southfleet Road.

Pam Reardon, Sales and Marketing Director at Ward Homes said: “Ward Homes is proud to be associated with this unique landmark development and pleased that our local Kent brand was selected as the most appropriate to launch this prestigious site.  We are working closely with Land Securities to deliver a quality residential scheme that we are confident will be a popular, highly desirable place to live”.

Emma Cariaga, Development Director at Land Securities said “Land Securities is delighted that Ebbsfleet Valley has been named the new garden city & to be working with Ward Homes to deliver the 150 new homes in this phase of the development”

Castle Hill is the first phase to be built at Ebbsfleet Valley and will include a range of shops, bars and restaurants while residents will also be able to enjoy open spaces close by. Major entertainment facilities and shopping can be found at Bluewater which is just eight minutes drive away.

The three and four bedroom houses have been thoughtfully designed for this prestigious development with facades in keeping with the characteristics of local vernacular found in Kent villages. From stylish fitted kitchens to spacious bathrooms, the homes will combine traditional external appeal with contemporary living within.

Ward Homes provides exclusive 5 year fixtures and fittings warranty on top of the standard 10 year NHBC warranty plus an array of purchase schemes such as Help to Buy and Part Exchange to aid moving in.
