Decadence and glamour are the prevailing themes for Methven at this year’s Sleep+Eat show, as the global designer and manufacturer prepares to unveil its dazzling new collection of radiant metallic finishes for its award winning Türoa showers, tapware and accessories.
Designed to bring a touch of glamorous extravagance to any bathroom, the new Türoa metallic collection is the perfect example of Methven’s company mission to create amazing water experiences without costing the earth. Available in sophisticated gunmetal black, lustrous graphite and rich gold, this beautiful new collection combines long-lasting materials, eco friendly finishes and significant water saving benefits.
Applied inside an airtight vacuum chamber at Methven’s manufacturing facility in Auckland, New Zealand, PVD finishes are some of the most environmentally friendly coatings available, with no toxic ingredients or chemicals to dispose of during or after the application process. Evenly and thinly applied the results are simply stunning, creating a highly durable yet eco friendly finish that allows the beauty of Türoa’s machined stainless steel design to radiate through.
In addition to its stunning aesthetics, Methven’s Türoa collection also offers significant water saving benefits thanks to it V-Jet™ spray technology. Delivering a water-saving flow rate of 9 litres per minute with wide-spray coverage, Türoa conserves water without compromising on performance and features an intuitive control which allows the user to seamlessly transition from a firm, invigorating spray to a gentle, enveloping warmth.

These patented shower technologies and a collection of Methven’s best-selling matte black products, including the distinctive halo shaped Aio collections, will also be on show at this year’s Sleep+Eat.
