Rob Pattern, Head of Product Development at hib. Explores the latest design philosophy of the Autumn/Winter 2025 collection

hib. enters the Autumn/Winter 2025 season with a collection that captures the essence of modern bathroom design, where elegance meets everyday functionality. Built on decades of design expertise, the latest range pushes the boundaries of what a complete bathroom suite can offer, expanding beyond mirrors and cabinets to include sophisticated brassware and showering solutions. This development marks a pivotal step in hib.’s evolution as it continues to shape contemporary living spaces through intelligent design and refined engineering.

The collection embodies a new level of cohesion, with every product crafted to work seamlessly across finishes, shapes, and textures. From the precision detailing of the Vanta showers to the sculpted simplicity of the Atlas Luxe Mixer Tap, each element reflects hib.’s focus on delivering visual harmony and effortless usability. The emphasis on warmer metallic tones such as brushed brass, gunmetal, and bronze mirrors the wider trend toward richer, more expressive interiors, while innovations such as Cold Touch technology and nano toughened surfaces ensure durability and safety remain uncompromised.

In a design landscape where bathrooms are becoming increasingly personal and expressive, hib.’s latest collection strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and practicality. It provides homeowners, designers, and developers with the freedom to create cohesive, characterful spaces that feel both luxurious and lived in. More than a product launch, this collection represents hib.’s continued commitment to innovation, coherence, and the art of transforming functional rooms into beautifully considered environments. At hib., we believe bathrooms should be more than just practical spaces. That’s why our portfolio spans mirrors, cabinets, lighting, furniture and brassware. Our mission is to bring design-led thinking to every corner of the bathroom, and to support our partners with solutions that are as reliable as they are beautiful.

What is the guiding design philosophy behind your Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, especially for the new showers and brassware?

This collection is about empowering homeowners to express their style while giving installers and retailers complete, dependable solutions. We’ve focused on blending precision engineering with contemporary styling – creating products that feel luxurious, perform flawlessly, and integrate seamlessly into modern bathroom schemes.

The Rivex and Vanta shower ranges are standout examples. Rivex offers a sleek, concealed design that hides pipework for a clutter-free aesthetic, while Vanta introduces Cold Touch thermostatic valve technology and tactile knurled detailing in five striking finishes. These showers aren’t just functional – they’re statement pieces that elevate the entire space…
