A new show home has opened its doors to visitors at Bellway’s Harnham Park development in Salisbury.
The four-bedroom detached Goldsmith house type is available to view by appointment, giving buyers the first opportunity to see inside a completed property at the site.
Bellway is delivering 82 homes off Netherhampton Road, including 49 properties for private sale and 33 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.
The development is transforming a former disused storage yard into a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties with an area of public open space.
A total of 22 homes have already been sold, with the first residents due to move in later this summer.
