A new four-bedroom showhome is available to view at Bellway’s Kingsmere Park development in Ferndown, near Bournemouth.
The house, in Bellway’s Goldsmith design, opened in February and gives homebuyers the chance to view a fully decorated and furnished property at the site, off New Road, Parley Cross.
Construction work at the development is progressing well, with the first home due to be ready to move into in April.

Bellway is building 236 homes in the first phase of Kingsmere Park, including one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses.
The development is planned to form part of a wider neighbourhood of 386 homes, alongside 14 acres of green open space and half an acre of allotments.
Emily said: “The provision of open space and allotments ties into our focus on biodiversity which is one of the key priorities of our Better with Bellway sustainability strategy.
