Cala Homes has named Ian Conway as the Managing Director for its West of Scotland division, demonstrating their dedication to cultivating local talent and promoting from within the organisation.
With a wealth of industry experience spanning over two decades, Ian will uphold Cala’s reputation for delivering premium, five-star products.
Ian became a part of Cala Homes (West) in 2017 and quickly ascended to the West of Scotland board of directors in 2018, taking on the role of Strategic Projects Director. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in driving forward some of the company’s key developments.
Commencing his tenure as Managing Director on 1st July, Ian eagerly embraces the opportunity to lead the West of Scotland business, ensuring the continuation of a diverse and thriving portfolio, ranging from city center apartments to semi-rural family homes. Currently, the region boasts eight live developments with future sites slated to provide over 400 new homes annually by 2025.
Ian said: “It’s a real honour to be leading the Cala (West) business to build upon the strong position the team has really nurtured in recent years. We are focussed on continuing our success in the land market by proactively seeking future sites, and ensuring our current developments continue to perform well, delivering much needed homes across the west of Scotland.
