Campion Homes has officially launched its newest private housing development, The Temple at Balcurvie in Fife, on 21 March, marking the company’s fifth active housing development. Continuing to expand its footprint across the region, it is a significant milestone for the award‑winning family housebuilder.
Comprising 69 two-to-six-bedroom detached, semi-detached, terraced homes and bungalows, as well as eight affordable homes being delivered in partnership with Glen Housing Association. The Temple will offer something to meet all buyer needs.
Included in the first release of new homes will be Campion’s much-loved five bedroom Jacaranda. Also included is the four bedroom detached Oleander, Wisteria and Maple. Finally, is the three bedroom bungalow, the Tamarisk and the Hazel, a three bedroom semi-detached. More styles will be released at a future date.
Visitors will be able to tour the fully furnished Oleander show home and experience the quality, craftsmanship and design that will define the new Balcurvie community.
