Artez Group has been appointed by Eventus Properties – a North West-based designer and developer – as the main construction and fit-out contractor for Berkeley House in Wilmslow.
Greater Manchester-based boutique construction specialist Artez plans to commence work on the contemporary apartment scheme on 27 February 2017.
Berkeley House – located at the corner of Chapel Lane – will consist of 12 apartments, including two luxury three-bed penthouses and 10 two-bedroom properties. The project is the first collaboration between Eventus and Artez.

“This, coupled with the projected house price boosts across the region, requires a supply of high-quality builds and luxury stock to meet the needs of an increasingly affluent market. Eventus Properties specialises in bespoke properties and strives to develop sumptuous places to live. Recent developments have included Rivendale in Hale and Adderley – a 7,100 sq ft private residence in Wilmslow.
