The expertise of the property management team at CPBigwood has been officially recognised by their peers.
Andrew Winstanley, associate partner and regional operations manager for the Midlands & North, Kerry Shugar, senior property manager, and property managers Darren Yeomans, Stuart Styles, Catherine Ghaffoori, Jenny Holley and Samantha Simpson have all gained AssocRICS status – associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Celebrating passing Part 1 of the exam are Kate Hutton, Alison Scoble, Adam Jones, Elouise Hinton, Annie Egan, Gemma Spencer, Tom Hillsdon and Adam Kightley
Ian Smallman, partner at CPBigwood, praised their achievement.

Mr Winstanley joined CPBigwood in 2006 after eight years with a large housing association. He progressed to senior property manager in 2008 and then associate partner in 2012. Mr Winstanley assists in the running of the Residential Service Charge Department and has a portfolio of properties which he manages.
Ms Shugar also worked for eight years in the housing association world. She currently manages a large CPBigwood portfolio covering the Birmingham and Solihull areas, stretching to Stourport-on-Severn. Her role involves all aspects of property management from site inspections to preparation of budgets.
Mr Yeomans has been six years with CPBigwood handling a variety of different properties countrywide.
Mr Styles has worked in the sector for a number of years having had a keen interest in the property industry from a young age.
Ms Ghaffoori has been with CPBigwood for nine years and works closely with house builders and freehold investor clients.
Ms Holley, who is based in Southampton, is responsible for a portfolio covering the Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and Somerset areas.
Samantha Simpson is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and manages a portfolio of properties across the south of England from the firm’s Southampton office.
