Moores Furniture Group have formed a specialist in-house Builder, Installer and Developer (BID) team to better support smaller and regional developers with bespoke specification requirements. The BID team offer tailored kitchen solutions and services to accommodate niche developments and provide dedicated account management to assist these projects from start to finish.
Heading up the team is David Lambert, who was just last year promoted to Client & Contract Sales Director at Moores. His role is to ensure the BID team are industry leaders in offering a specialist service to regional housebuilders. Also in the team is Nick Houlden, Business Development Manager, who is the main point of contact for clients from initial enquiry, right through to site completion, and he works to ensure all developments deliver wow factor kitchens to new homeowners.
And finally, there is Customer Manager, Gerald Masheder, who has been with Moores for over 45 years. With an unrivalled wealth of knowledge when it comes to the company, its products & services, he covers all processes from quotations through to orders. The team are experts in delivering high quality kitchens with a point of difference that are suited to housebuilders requiring a bespoke, tailored service.
