Spring Fair, the UK’s flagship showcase for Home, Gift and Fashion, will return to the NEC Birmingham from 1–4 February 2026 with the launch of a major new destination aimed at interior designers, specifiers, developers and design-led retailers.
Design at Spring Fair is a dedicated new platform for interiors, architecture and hospitality, marking a significant expansion of the show’s existing Home, Living & Décor and The Summer House Edit destinations. The launch represents a strategic evolution for Spring Fair, extending its reach firmly into the design and specification community.
The new destination will offer a curated environment for sourcing and networking, bringing together design-led occasional furniture, lighting, textiles, ceramics and decorative finishes from UK and international suppliers. The focus will be on providing inspiration alongside specification-ready solutions suitable for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
“Design represents a significant evolution for Spring Fair and a bold step into the design and specification market,” says Gareth Watkins, Editor of Design at Spring Fair. “The design community is increasingly seeking fresh sources of inspiration and specification-ready products, and we believe this destination will deliver exactly that.”
Located at the Hall 6 entrance, Design at Spring Fair will sit alongside established names in lighting, surfaces, textiles and occasional furniture. It is intended to complement the wider show and create one of the UK’s most comprehensive sourcing environments for buyers working across retail, residential, commercial and hospitality interiors.
Confirmed exhibitors include Coach House, Rama Carpets featuring Christopher Guy and Calvin Klein, Clare Wright Art, Lip Ceramics, Bowron Sheepskins, Maison Marguerite and Urban Nature Culture. These will be supported by returning suppliers such as Astley, Gallery Direct, Mindy Brownes Interiors, The Libra Company, The Otters Brook Collection, PR Home, Pacific, Yearn Glass, One.World and Light & Living.
Visitors will also be able to explore The Design Studio, a space dedicated to the intersection of architecture, interiors and material innovation. The area will host talks, showcases and keynote discussions focused on how spaces are designed, built and experienced.
Beyond interiors, Spring Fair 2026 will introduce six new feature spaces designed to enhance discovery and networking, alongside its bold new creative direction, Retail Alchemists – Masters of the Mix. The theme signals the show’s shift towards a more immersive, sensory-led experience that celebrates creativity, connection and storytelling in modern retail.
With more than 1,200 exhibitors and over one million products across 16 curated destinations, Spring Fair 2026 aims to deliver its most ambitious and design-focused edition yet, reinforcing its role at the heart of the UK retail and design community.
