Designer Contracts, the UK’s largest flooring contractor, has released the first of an exciting two-part launch of new and revitalised products for Spring/Summer 2025.
Wave one features an all-new domestic vinyl collection and three additions to its extensive carpet portfolio. The just-available ranges combine to offer further environmental credentials and a host of fashionable new colours.

Habitex is a brand new, value-led domestic felt-backed vinyl range that includes a choice of 13 colourways in wood, herringbone, stone and tile designs to provide a natural look and feel. Available in two, three and four metre widths, Habitex is also a great choice where volume and speed of supply are key.
Carefree-Eco further extends the range of sustainable carpets options in the Designer Contracts portfolio of ‘green fern’ flagged flooring. Made from 100% recycled polypropylene, this hard-wearing two-ply twist is bleach cleanable and available in 10 modern colours.
And it’s those all-important warmer colour tones that are at the heart of the refreshed Solar Vol 2 and Primo Plus Vol 3 launches.
With a completely updated colour bank, the 100% polypropylene Solar range is an affordable stain resistant carpet in eight new shades. It comes in four and five metre widths and is suitable for use with underfloor heating.
Ever popular Primo Plus has also had a makeover, featuring eight contemporary hues. The two-ply tufted cut pile has long been a winner in new build family homes thanks to its 100% stain free polypropylene, easy-care credentials.
