Elan Homes is set to build on the off plan success of its latest Staffordshire development with the opening of a show home in Elford.
All five properties in the initial release were quickly snapped up by buyers keen to call Seven Acres “home”. Several other people have made “early bird” reservations to give them first refusal on their preferred property when it’s released for sale.

The intimate development will eventually feature just 25 homes, including apartments and bungalows, and semi-detached and detached homes, with two to five-bedrooms.
Tracey added: “We have had many early bird reservations on the remaining plots, in fact the response has been overwhelming. Now customers can actually view the show home, which demonstrates the quality and standard of what we at Elan Homes are offering, I can only see that interest increasing.”
The Grosvenor show home is a modern and well-proportioned three-bedroom detached bungalow, welcoming visitors into a central hall.
The extensive living spaces which lead from it include a spacious lounge with bay window at the front of the property, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with two sets of French doors leading into the rear garden, along with a handy utility room.
It boasts three good-sized bedrooms, the main with en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom. It also benefits from a detached double garage.
