Mortgage experts will be on hand to offer free independent advice to buyers during an open house event in Tamworth.
It’s being hosted by Elan Homes, the company behind the Dosthill Gate development on Dosthill Road.
Over the weekend of September 14 and 15 homebuyers will be able to view a range of properties and find out about the different ways Elan can help get them moving. Independent financial advisers will be able to explain mortgage options including Own New Rate Reducer and ‘green mortgages’.

Three-bedroom homes at Dosthill Gate are available from £299,995, with four-bedroom properties currently priced from £399,995.
The lounge is at the front of the Brocton, with feature bay window. Accessed from the lounge is a combined kitchen and dining room, with French doors opening out to the garden.
