A move to an energy efficient new home in Lancashire could happen quickly and simply with the help of Anwyl Homes.
The homebuilder is hosting a special “Move Simple” event on Thursday 15 September from 5pm to 8pm across three developments – Priory Gardens, Burscough; Lawrence Gardens, Barton and Stonebridge Fold in Longridge.
Over prosecco and grazing platters, visitors will be able to speak with Anwyl’s own homes advisors, experts from House to Home who’ll be able to help them sell their current property and financial advisors with access to the whole mortgage market.

If that wasn’t enough, a sales progressor will liaise with all solicitors and third parties and manage the process on the customer’s behalf, plus we’ll even contribute towards their selling fees.”
Across the three developments there’s a good choice of four-bedroom detached homes. Externally the homes look traditional, while inside they are designed with modern living in mind and generally more energy efficient than their older equivalents.
